Philips Top 10
Philips top 10 is a Record chart show that aired on Zee TV.〔List of programs broadcast by Zee TV〕〔http://www.ranker.com/list/zee-tv-tv-shows-and-series-created/reference〕〔http://smilevideos.info/2012/04/22/zee-philips-top-ten-ep-8-old-indian-countdown-show/〕 It was named so since it was sponsored by Philips India.
The countdown show was started in 1994 and used chart ratings as collected by Music India Ltd.,〔http://www.imdb.com/company/co0138580/〕 an association of music labels in India.
The show was first of the kind on Indian TV on the lines of the international Billboard Chart and the famous Radio programme Cibaca Geetmala at home.
